We are on a journey of growth – we pride ourselves on being one of Ireland’s fastest growing, privately owned accountancy firms and we invite you along on this journey. We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our sales & marketing team in Baldonnell, Dublin 22.
The role?
The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to make outbound calls to both new and existing customers, in order to qualify them as a sales lead for our accounting and tax specialists. This position will require working closely with our Sales Team to ensure the effective quality of sales leads.
What will you be doing as a Lead Generator
Make outbound contact to prospect parties and to connect them with/schedule appointments for the sales teams
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment and pipeline targets
Follow up with prospects in a timely manner
Have a positive attitude towards people in all interactions and excel with establishing positive rapport
Gather information in a coherent manner & refer contacts to the other business units within the firm
What experience / skills are we looking for?
Very strong communication skills and telephone manner
Aptitude for IT/software as we use a variety of programmes including AI
Experience in an outbound sales role would be desirable
Experience using HubSpot CRM & Sales platform is an advantage
